First Course - Mixed Green Salad with Goat Cheese, Strawberries, Candied Pecans, Pickled Red Onions, Strawberry-Mint Dressing

Second Course

Chicken option - Chicken Marsala with Sour Cream Whipped Potatoes, Asparagus & Red Pepper Medley

Vegetarian option - Eggplant, Goat Cheese, Tomato, & Pesto Stack, Asparagus & Red Pepper Medley

Third Course

Chocolate Lava Cake with Mixed Berry Compote

Cornbread and biscuits on the table.
