AppliQueens:  Meets the 1st Wednesday of the month, from 10:00 to 2:00 pm. The location of the Bee meetings may vary from month to month and will always be communicated in advance to Bee members via email. Any questions about location can be directed to Mary or Pam. Open to all levels of appliqué and handwork. Members enjoy different types of appliqué such as needle turn appliqué, prepared edge appliqué, wool applique and machine appliqué. Other members bring handwork such as hand piecing, hand quilting, English paper piecing, cross stitch, embroidery, and more. Bring your  lunch and  stitching. This bee is open to al members. Mod Squad (Modern Quilters):    Members explore  modern quilting concepts through discussion, demonstrations, and challenges. Meets  the first Tuesday of the month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Island Lutheran Church, 4400 Main St., HHI. Open to all. Queen Bee: Peggy Ladner (Peggy’s email)

Monday Morning Stitch Chicks: Meets every Monday, 10:00 to 12:00 pm at Water Walk Apartments Community Room, 47 Shelter Cove Lane for any hand stitching, piecing, applique, or cutting of fabric items. Members also bring other projects such as embroidery, needlepoint, knitting, and crocheting. Members are open for guidance as we work along with each other. Outside the Block: Meets the first Wednesday of the month from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Bluffton Library. Outside the Block is an Art Quilters Bee, and open to all.  Queen Bee: Janet Johnson (Janet’s email)

Peace by Piece: Meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Island Lutheran Church, 4400 Main St., HHI. The bee members create many varied projects throughout the year. Each meeting is previewed via email, so if you’re interested in joining, please contact any of the Queen Bees to get on the email list. Open to all.
