Lynn Rinehart and she is a certified appraiser and appraises both vintage and contemporary quilts.  Her fees are:  $35 for a verbal assessment and $80 for a written appraisal for with an insurance value given.  She has half hour blocks in her sign up, and we pay her when we see her and have our quilts appraised.
